You Are A “Victor” – Not A “Victim”!
There is a lot of exposure of various lies and propaganda on FaceBook, YouTube and on other websites and blogs like this one. These all are a marvelous medium of enlightenment. I would like to add to that enlightenment a little more at this time if I may. In doing so I want to expose the greatest lie of all. So please listen carefully to my words. They are about who and what I am or who and what you are.
“I AM” pure awareness plugged into a self-aware mechanism. That means that “I AM” is experiencing itself AS “someone”, somewhere, at some time, in some way and for some reason. That someone is YOU and I. The truth is that “I AM” (is) pure potentiality. But “I AM” (is) limited in the expression of “myself” in this form according to the deep seated subconscious beliefs of the self-aware mechanism that is known as “me”.
To please God and allow God to experience itself IN “us” AS “us” we have to believe about ourselves the same things that Jesus believed about Himself – for He fully pleased God in this manner. (except we don’t have to DIE (on the cross) because Jesus already did this for us – Hebrews 1-2) The “illusion” of “separation” (from God) is what “sin” actually is. It is “unbelief” in the TRUTH of the WAY it actually is. SIN is a belief in what we have erroneously heard from “others” about this matter.
Concerning this – who are you following? Is it Jesus or others? What are you believing about this? Is it what Jesus taught or the traditions of men? In order to find out – all you have to do is read what Jesus said about this throughout the entire book of John and also read what Paul the apostle explained about it in Ephesians 1-3 and Colossians 1-2. For a greater clarification of these scriptures try reading them in the Amplified Version. Do you REALLY want to be FREE? Believing the TRUTH (about this) is the ONLY thing that will make you TRULY FREE.
Free from what? FREE from the deception of believing a lie about this and the resulting bondage and general “hell” that it brings into your life. The TRUTH is that NO ONE is actually “in control” of your life experience but YOU. You are NOT a “victim” (unless you believe that you are). You are a “victor”. Do you want to TRULY take control of your life and experience the JOY that THIS brings?
Then begin to put your attention, time and energy into changing your inner beliefs about this and you will change your outer experience as a result. The outer experience is only a 3D fully interactive, holographic projection of your inner beliefs. “As a person believes in their hearts – so is their perceived experience of themselves.” “All things are possible – IF you believe that it is.”
People asked Jesus, (I paraphrase) “What do we have to do to please God?” Jesus answered, “Just “Believe” the TRUTH about your REAL relationship with God like I do!” Satan convinced Adam and Eve to believe a LIE about this. Jesus came to teach us the TRUTH about it, give us an example of it and a WAY to believe about it in order to experience this for ourselves. That is the “gospel” in a nutshell.
We just need to TRULY “repent” (change our minds) about what we believe about this, be “converted” to a new belief about it and let our lives be transformed into the image of Christ by having our minds renewed by this TRUTH! This “sounds” simple enough doesn’t it?. But it takes a whole hearted “come hell or high water – I am in this regardless of the consequences” kind of commitment in order to convince your inner man of this and actually see the results in your outer life. But anything worth having is worth paying the price for.
The ONLY REAL question now is, “How MUCH do you want to REALLY please God”? It is much easier to just be “religious” to one degree or another in one form or another for one reason or another. Which will YOU choose? Being “religious” is only just “another” means of “living for yourself” just like outright “sinners” do. Only now you are doing it “in the name of the Lord”. That is what constitutes ANY religion. It is humankind trying to please an external God. It can’t be done. Why? There isn’t any such being!
Most people live their entire lives trying to impress others (whether they admit it to themselves or not). They perceive that others can give them what they want or either will NOT do to them what they do NOT want. These are the results of favor or disfavor with others. All consciousness is PRIMARILY motivated by the effort to avoid PAIN or gain PLEASURE. That constitutes ALL “intelligence”. I.E. Anything that “makes sense” to us. It “computes” somehow. We can “relate” to it.
God has “learned” over the eons of His existence the BEST way to get the most pleasure with the least amount of effort for the longest amount of time. If we accept the we ARE a form that God has taken (a “son” or “daughter” then we will have “no more worries”! Peace that passes all understanding and joy unspeakable will be ours! How can you top that?
So if God wants to experience Himself in this WAY in human bodies – why don’t you LET Him? YOU (the sense of “self”) get to “go along for the ride”! I can’t really think of a better way to live can you? THIS is what it means to be an “overcomer”. Overcoming your former perceived limitations brought on by your erroneous beliefs about who and what you are. The Bible teaches that it is only the “overcomers” who get “rewarded” with the “benefits” of their new belief about the TRUTH of this matter.
Are you REALLY an “overcomer” in DEED or just in WORD only? (I.E. “religious”) The answer to that is in the following question. What does your life show or reveal about this? Christianity (and all other religions) for the most part is made up of “preachers” who don’t really know who and what they are – so they strive to gain a following of admirers – who know even less about who and what “they” are! Otherwise, such a system would not even exist. It ONLY serves the adherents of this system in one way or another – not God! ALL of these “works” will be BURNED UP on JUDGEMENT DAY!
If you can “endure the pain” of ACTUALLY THINKING OBJECTIVELY about this – you will be able to see that I am right. But most people have their sense of significance and security so tied up in THEIR way of BEING and DOING that they WILL NOT let themselves embrace the TRUTH of this matter. THAT is why the “church” of Jesus’ day crucified Him! It was the only way to keep from being shown up by Him for what they were! They HEARD the TRUTH about this from Him and they saw enough evidence to verify it – but they could not bring themselves to embrace it.
It appears that most people would rather “rule” their own lives now and serve in HELL forever rather than “serve” God with their lives now and RULE in HEAVEN forever! Sad but true. Oh well. Jesus himself said that only a remnant would actually be “saved”. But I pray that someone will be able to benefit from these precious words that I have shared here.
One way to begin this new way of thinking about your relationship to God is to become “mindful” of your thoughts throughout the day. The only other alternative is to continue “mindlessly” going about your day based on your former thoughts about this matter. Start “paying attention” to what you are thinking. Become aware whether your thoughts are based on the truth revealed above or on the lie exposed above. If it is the latter then replace those thoughts with others that are based on the truth. Use scriptures to help you with this.
As you continue this process – you will be able to do it more and more. You will become more aware of what you are thinking throughout the day. If you are diligent in this process – it will eventually become a new habit. That will produce a new “life” that is pleasing to God.

It seems that everyone wants to “go to heaven” but no one wants to “die” (to their old “self”) in order to get there! So they make up some form of a man-made religion that allows them to KEEP their old identity and lifestyle and deceive themselves into thinking that they are still pleasing to God. This all stems from the garden of Eden when Satan basically convinced Adam and Eve that THIS was the WAY to go. In order to do that he deceived them with a wonderful sounding LIE. Mankind has been perpetuating that LIE ever sense. But Jesus came to teach and demonstrate the TRUTH of the essence and purpose of our existence, to pay the price for our “screw up” and to enable us to “get back on track”. But the PRICE to us is “death to our old ‘self’ ”. Are YOU willing to pay that price for “salvation”?
The terms “church”, salvation and being “born again” have to do with being reconciled to your true identity as sons of God and to your true purpose which is to establish His uncontested ownership and ruler ship (kingdom) of earth as well as to see to it that ONLY God’s WILL is done on earth – as it is in heaven. (Matthew 6:9-13; Luke 11:2-4)
The TRUTH is that these things have NOTHING to do with “religion”, “going to church” and living in general like the average person does (I.E. being friends with the “world”). In fact they are completely opposed to them. They are all about dying to your old identity as mere human beings, children of Adam and Eve and of being citizens of this “world”. In our estimation of ourselves we are to become ENTIRELY A NEW SPECIES of being. That new species of “being” is a “Child” of God. As such it is also a citizen of Heaven whose ONLY loyalty is to God their “Father”.
This NEW identity will in effect make you an enemy of anyone who is still loyal to the old identity and its agenda. Those represent the “kingdom” of Satan. That old “sinful nature” embraces HIS Way of being and doing. These “enemies” may now even be those who were your old friends and family. However, ANYONE who is loyal to Satan’s way of being and doing is a “traitor” to God. As such – they cannot be trusted. Neither can you continue to relate to them as REAL friends or your NEW REAL family – UNLESS they also repent and become converted as you have.
Here is the reason why. They will see that you are attempting to establish a new regime and are a threat to ALL that is “near and dear” to them. As a result according to Jesus – they will turn on you like a rabid dog. He said that He came to bring division between those who TRULY repented and become TRULY born again (in deed and not just in word) and those who did not. (Luke 12:51-53) I contrast to what you may have heard; Jesus did not come to “win friends and influence people”. In Matthew 10:21-40 (Amplified Version) He tells us that, “Brother will deliver up brother to DEATH and a father His child: and children will take a stand against their parents and will have them put to death. And you will be hated by ALL for MY name’s sake…”
He then lets us know that a disciple is NOT above his teacher nor a servant above his master. They hated Jesus, persecuted Him and finally killed Him. If you TRULY side with Him and represent what He stands for – they will feel the SAME way about you and will attempt to do the SAME to you. If that is NOT how the “world” is treating you – then something is seriously WRONG with your commitment to God. THAT is what Jesus Christ – the ONE who we are supposed to be hearing and following and serving said! Who are YOU hearing and following and serving?
You see – life on earth is all about a WAR between God and Satan. It is being fought and won or lost for them by their “children”. Life as we know it is NOT about doing “business as usual” or “having church”. It is about a war for ABSOLUTE uncontested dominion or dominance between these two kingdoms. Therefore, you are either on one side or the other – whether you like it or not. Which side are you WHOLEHEARTEDLY committed to? How can you tell? What does your life show regarding that?
The ONLY thing that is important in ALL OF THIS is WHO do you IDENTIFY yourself with. And WHAT is the FUNCTION and PURPOSE of that IDENTIFICATION. Therefore I am constrained by my conscience and by God to give you the unadulterated TRUTH about this. My purpose is that you will “repent” and be “converted” from being deceived by THE BIGGEST LIE EVER TOLD and come to FULLY ACCEPT and EMBRACE the TRUTH regarding these EXTREMELY IMPORTANT matters.
Because mankind “got started off on the wrong foot” (with erroneous thinking) – God has been trying to “get us back on the right foot” ever since. Mankind’s very thoughts about themselves – who, what and why they are as well as who and what God is and what their relationship with Him is – is based ENTIRELY on “erroneous thinking”. Everything that developed from those thoughts resulted in how mankind handles possessions, property and relationships with others as well as their relationship with their creator.
Because this erroneous thinking came from Satan – then the resulting lifestyle came from Him also. The corporate expression of that is biblically referred to as the “world”. It revolves around the idea of “me” – not “we”. It is SELFISH and SELF-CENTERED. It revolves around INDIVIDUALS and their INDIVIDUAL desires and needs. Since the INDIVIDUAL comes FIRST – these desires and needs can be met at the expense of others or without considering the effect on others. THIS is the BASIS for the operation of the kingdom of Satan which he has established on earth. me FIRST. Others SECOND.
God’s desire has always been to overthrow THAT “kingdom” or WAY of being and doing and replace it with His own. God’s “kingdom” represents His desire and intent (His WILL) and His WAY of fulfilling those. God wants His family members and citizens of His kingdom to only get their needs and desires met in a way that EQUALLY considers the needs and desires of ALL other members of God’s family and ALL other citizens of God’s kingdom.
THIS (right) WAY of BEING and DOING (seeking FIRST the kingdom of God and His righteousness according to Matthew 6:19-34 & Luke 12:29-34) is the very BASIS for the operation and proper function of God’s kingdom on earth. Yet it is the exact opposite of the “world’s” WAY of BEING and DOING. Therefore to change sides from the “worlds” WAY to God’s WAY means to “DIE” to the old person (to cease to exist as such) that you used to consider yourself to be as well as your old way of being and doing and to be “born” (again) as a BRAND NEW person with an entirely NEW way of BEING and DOING. If you have NOT done THIS then you have NOT “died” to the OLD “sin nature”. If you have NOT done that – then you have NOT “repented” of (changed your mind about ) the things that ACTUALLY separate man from God. If you have not “repented” of THAT – then you have NOT been “converted” to a NEW “way” of thinking and living. If you have NOT done that then you are NOT “saved”. At least according to Jesus that is. And I think when you stand before God on judgement day – it will be HIS opinion that prevails.
When a person “dies” they give up all rights to their POSSESSIONS, PROPERTY and FAMILY. The “former” responsibilities, rights, privileges, possessions, property and family – no longer apply to the NEW person. They no longer exist as far as this person who has been “reborn” from the “dead” is concerned. This is explained by Jesus in Mark 10:24-31 & Luke 18:22-30 as well as Luke 17:33; Luke 16:9-15; Luke 9:23-26 & Luke 9:58-62. As a result there MUST be a RADICAL DEPARTURE from the OLD WAY of seeing themselves and THAT resulting “lifestyle”. They are NOW a BRAND NEW person who is also a new species of being and belongs to a NEW “race” of people. They are now a FULL-FLEDGED “son of God” with the “nature” of God their Father and therefore they are a “god” themselves in deed – not just in word. (John 10:30-38 & John 17:21-26. Also note Ephesians 1:17-23 “the full measure of God lives IN them” & Ephesians 3:16-21 “they are filled through all their being with the fullness of God. They have the richest measure of the divine presence and become a body wholly filled and flooded with GOD HIMSELF” Amplified Version) They are no longer just a mere human being. Of course your BODY is STILL the same. But the WAY they “see themselves” has changed. This is the KIND of FAITH that “saves”. This is what Jesus cam to accomplish. Are you letting God have His Will and Way with you? Do you REALLY “believe” THIS to be the case with you?
This NEW person (and new species of being – according to 2 Corinthians 5:17-21) has its own NEW responsibilities, rights, privileges, possessions, property and family- which are pertinent to ITS species. Now EVERYTHING is ENTIRELY and COMPLETELY BRAND NEW. NOTHING of the “old” LIFE applies to the “new” LIFE. The “old” WAY OF BEING and DOING has now passed away. ALL THINGS that pertain to my life have become BRAND NEW.
The “old” WAY of looking at things is “exclusive” and “private”. In contrast, the “new WAY of looking at things is “inclusive” and “corporate”. As a NEW person I do not PRIVATELY “own” anything or anyone – nor do I have the “exclusive” right of “access” to it or them or the “exclusive” privilege to the “use of” it or them. Now I am an EQUAL HEIR to ALL of those along with all the rest of God’s enlarged, non-exclusive family and with all the rest of the citizens of God’s kingdom.
This concept was at least BASICALLY grasped and applied originally by the First church that was established by the people who intimately knew Jesus and who were personally taught and mentored by Him. That is true at least as far as possessions and property are concerned. This is clearly demonstrated by them in Acts 2:44-47; Acts 4:32-37 & Acts 5:1-11. Such an outlook and resulting conduct basically expresses the essence of what God wants for His people.
God has always been a proponent of JUSTICE. According to the dictionary – to be “just” means to be Fair and equitable towards others. “Fair” means to be FREE from “bias” or “injustice”. To be “biased” means to have a particular tendency or inclination. Such actions are NOT free from partiality or favoritism. “Injustice” means UNFAIR or UNJUST treatment. It is a violation of the “rights” of others – to EQUAL and FAIR treatment. Is is “inequity”. Sounds almost like “iniquity” doesn’t it? The fact is that they are ONE and the SAME! “Iniquity” means gross injustice or a violation of a right or duty. “Inequity” means unfairness, favoritism or bias. It also means a LACK of “equity”. “Equity” means the quality of being fair and impartial … evenhandedness or “justice”. “Equal” means as great as; the same as; like or alike in quantity, degree, value, etc.; of the same rank, ability, merit; evenly proportioned or balanced. The dictionary says that synonyms for “equality” (other words that mean the same thing) are sameness, JUSTICE, fairness. So for ALL PRACTICAL PURPOSES “justice” means “equity”, equality or equal merits, rights, privileges and status. Injustice means INIQUITY, inequity or inequality. Equality is not an American custom. It is a Biblical MANDATE! ALL the “born again” “children” of God are EQUAL-HEIRS of the grace of God. (Romans 8:17) ALL social distinctions have been done away with regardless of age, race or gender etc. (Galatians 3:22-29) Therefore married men are NOW to recognize that their wives are Equal-Heirs of the Grace (unmerited favor) of God also. (1 Peter 3:7) They are to recognize that “in Christ” women and wives are Equals in ALL ways and must be accorded those rights and privileges. Remember. The “old” way of looking at things has passed away. Now ALL THINGS have become BRAND NEW! Get used to it!
The bottom line is this. You cannot partake of the NEW without dying to the OLD. TWO people cannot be alive in your body at the same time. It will either be the old or the new. That is because they are diametrically opposed to each. As I have already pointed out – that is also why the “world” hated Jesus and His followers. If the “world” doesn’t have that much of a “problem” with you – then you are only a “child” of God in name only. In actuality you are also OF the “world” and in fact you “belong” TO the “world”.
When we become “born again” as “children” of God and “citizens” of the Kingdom of God – we are to establish “communities” of believers in which their WAY of BEING and DOING is diametrically opposed to the “world’s” WAY of BEING and DOING. These NEW beings are thuy empowered by God and the unity with each other to replace the old “kingdom” (way of being and doing) of Satan and establish the kingdom (way of being and doing) of God on earth. THAT is what God’s has always wanted. He has never changed His mind about that. And now that He has finally been able to achieve that through what Christ did – He will accept nothing less.
